Personnel Performance Management Process

With the Target Based Performance Management System, the goal is to form a corporate culture that exhibits high performance, that applies business plans in line with our Company’s vision and reach the targets in a timely manner and, in order to have competitive human resources, to assign and develop employees.
With the Target Based Evaluation, we are enabling our employees to obtain specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, time dependent (SMART) objectives. These objectives, which we identify at the beginning of the year, are reviewed during the Target Revision Period and, where necessary, are revised leading to assigning employees that show outstanding performance and that exhibit the results of individual contributions.
