HAVELSAN provides Tactical Command System(TCS) computer, Ground Control Station (training system included), System Integration Test Workbench, Mission System Tools and also Integrated Logistics Support services which are explained below in details.

• TCS Computer System production; covers the procurement, assembly and software installation activities by starting from card level to composition of total TCS System, and also the testing and acceptance activities which are being enforced at each level. Since all the spare parts are COTS; HAVELSAN is responsible for production and the meeting maintenance / up keeping service needs of TCS Computers and its hardware.
• Ground Control Systems Production; similar to TCS production, these activities are composed of procurment and assembly operations of all the elements at ground Control Stations including mobile control station and observation station, and it also comprises production of turn – key software installation activities.
• System Integration Test Workbench and Test Tools; covers the production of System Workbench for integration tests and that of supporting tools that will be used in acceptance tests.
• Integrated Logistical Support (ILS); there are two different missions in MELTEM - 2 program for ILS Team. The first mission, which has been previously defined and contacted in ILS business package, is the obligation of logistical support activities, training, documentation studies and keeping available of support personnel during guarantee period. Latter one is the application of ILS Elements in software and hardware developed by HAVELSAN. All of the ILS activities are accomplished in reference with MIL-PRF-49506, MIL-STD-1388 1A and 2B, DEF STAN 00-60.
