Land Registry and Cadastral Information System (LRCIS)

 

Land Registry and Cadastral Information System (LRCIS) includes the stock accounting and managing of all immovables and the automation of all the activities of General Directorship of Land Registry.


LRCIS is composed of Land Registry Application System and Cadastral Application Subsystems.

 

With LRCIS;

  • It will be able to register all immovables around the country
  • It will be able to perform the subjects like tax controls, investigation of the property holdings belong to special and judicial people, searching of efficiency on investment incentives in a fast, easy and reliable way
  • It will be able to make up the correct inventory of public domains
  • It will be able to bring to a conclusion of the suits for a real property in an easy and reliable way

The system which will serve to 12.000 users, came  into service in General Directorship of Land Registry, Çankaya Register of Deeds Directorships (RDD),Gölbaşı RDD, Çankaya Cadastral and Ankara District Directorships.  


The process of making the system widespread around the country is continuing.
