Nowadays, campaign necessity of Armed Forces requires flexible, expandable capabilities, continuity, high performance and integrated structure of working. The Battle Management System which have been developed for Turkish Armed Forces, have the features that can meet operational needs of the forces. The System has Security, Continuity, High-performance and integration at maximum level and required critical features for Turkish Armed Forces.

Battle Management System performs the processes in details which comprise the studies from planning - execution at Headquarters, Tactical Forces, CAOC and WOC centers, fleet and radar bases and at all command echelons.

Battle Management System has been developed in such a modern structure that its sub-functions are able to run independently from each other and a powerful data and process integration has also been defined between modules. Moreover, Battle Management System in order to accessing corrects source information and their usage in planned activities. Battle Management System is composed of Campaign, Intelligence and Flying Education Sub-Systems. These systems have also been developed based on components and they are able to been executed independently. The system has been developed with Java and EJB technologies, object-oriented methodology and multiple layer and component based architecture.
