The Code of Conduct of HAVELSAN, who can add capabilities to his earned capabilities, minimize his external dependency, develop his own national products, sell his original products to outside markets, provide customer satisfaction and go forward for being a leader company both at home and abroad, outline expected behaviors for all HAVELSAN employees.
Employees will ensure that;
While they perform their missions and responsibilities, they do not engage in any activity, relation, interest and attempt which can avert to perform their duties according to our values, specified procedures and matters which they believe to create a conflict of interest for the company.
In accordance with our strategic targets, they behave acceptable to our values and procedures which are specified in all our work processes and relations.
They behave coherent and honest in their relations with all their influences; and they take care to share the information necessary and sufficient plane.
They take as a guide the science and scientific methods in company activities.
They develop their professional information and personal competences; and they are open to the changes and critiques.
They adopt the work ethic as a principal; they never use the information that they get in the company and their company identities for their personal interests.
They take notice to the confidence of company information and behave agreeable to information security principles.
They take care to the use of company sources effective and efficient; and lead in this matter.
They regard to personal and institutional property rights and do not violate them.
They do not use the personal information which can be reached through informatics technology to uncover the private lives of persons.
They will comply with all applicable laws of our country and the countries that we work together and also the procedures of organization/enterprises that HAVELSAN has business relations.
They take maximum care in all their activities and works to protect natural balance and environmental pollution.
They hope to take pain over HAVELSAN Code of Conducts from all persons, organizations and enterprises which they have relations.
In HAVELSAN;
There is not any permit to;
- Unethical behaviors,
- Persons who try to avert the detection of potential violations,
- Persons who interfere to bring up the unethical behaviors.
This kind of situations and violations of our Code of Conducts are reported to related department/responsible immediately.
