Career Management System

The objective of our Career Management System is to realize HAVELSAN’s knowledge-based and ability-focused career planning, create personalized career roadmaps and to implement more effectively the appointment-promotion process by creating a Staff Back-Up Plan. In conclusion, with the result-oriented, engineering-specialist talent pool of HAVELSAN, the goal is to monitor our capabilities and manage them in a productive and efficient manner.
 
 Within this context, besides the 360-Degree Competency Assessment System, our Company applies a personality test to our employees and the results are shared with them on a one-to-one basis. After the meeting, each employee is determined as to which talent pool it will be assigned and career planning is carried out.
