Special Health Insurance: Employees who want special health insurance are taken out a health policy. A major part of the total premiums are compensated by the company for our employees.

Day-Care Service: Our Company has an agreement with a day-care center for the children of our female employees.

Transportation Service: Our employees can use service facilities for coming work and going back home without charge.

Food Service: Food service is given to the employees without charge.

Social Activities / Clubs: Varied social activities are arranged in order to provide employees' togetherness and establish the sense of becoming a part of the whole in the framework of same goals and shared values. These activities are organized by the social clubs which is the compose of our employees. Now there are 19 social clubs. On the other hand New Year and the foundation day of HAVELSAN are celebrated with some activities by all our employees.
