According to annual human resource planning, a candidate pool becoming from the candidate whose qualifications are suitable for the open position is selected from database. The candidates in this pool are pre-evaluated in the framework of the Personnel Selection Principles Procedure (
Table of Personnel Exam Application). Technical interview is made with the candidates who pass the pre-evaluation. A personality inventory is applied to the successful candidates in technical interview and they take to the second interview called Personnel Evaluation Committee. In Personnel Evaluation Committee, the candidates are evaluated considering the suitability to our company according to their qualifications, attitudes and behaviours in professional life. Human resources department offer employment to the candidates who pass the second interview.
