- while performing their duties and carrying out their responsibilities, will never be involved in a
relationship, interest, activity or attempt at such which may cause them to fail to perform their duties
according to our values, specified procedures and matters which they believe have negative effect to company interests.
- in accordance with our strategic targets, behave in line with our values and procedures as are specified in all our
work processes and relations.
- are consistent and honest in all their interactions; and take care to share information at the necessary and
sufficient level.
- follow scientific methods and approaches in all company activities.

- adopt the work ethic as a principal. They never use the information that they have obtained through the company or their company identities for their own personal interests.
- give importance to the confidentiality of company information and behave in compliance with the principles of information security.
- pay attention to the effective and efficient use of company resources; and take a lead in this matter.
- respect personal and institutional intellectual property rights and do not violate them.
- do not use the personal information which can be obtained through Information and CommunicationTecnologies to uncover the private lives of others.
- obey the laws of our country and the countries that we do business in and the procedures of the companies/enterprises that HAVELSAN has business relationships with.
- take the utmost care in all their activities and operations to preserve the balance of nature and not to cause environmental pollution.
- expect to see all persons, companies and enterprises which they have relations with, to behave in line with HAVELSAN's code of conduct.

- unethical behavior,
- people who try to avert the detection of potential violations,
- people who intervene in order to prevent the disclosure of unethical behaviour.
